The Challenge

Amazon Global Selling India had minimal organic visibility in a competitive, high-intent B2B market. Non-branded organic traffic was near zero (~50/mo) despite strong brand recognition. The goal was to build a scalable content-led SEO engine that could capture mid-funnel and bottom-funnel export/selling intent from Indian businesses.

The Approach

  1. 01

Conducted deep keyword research and built topic clusters around export, global selling, and marketplace verticals.

  2. 02

Implemented a pillar & cluster content architecture with clear internal linking to distribute page equity uniformly.

  3. 03

Led technical SEO changes: site architecture improvements, crawl optimisation, Core Web Vitals fixes, and structured data for rich results (FAQs, featured snippets).

  4. 04

Ran consistent content velocity — publishing and optimising articles, guides, and landing pages at scale.

  5. 05

Executed outreach and PR campaigns for off-page authority building, earning backlinks from high-DR publications.

The Results

  • Grew non-branded organic traffic from ~50 to 38,000/month in 16 months.

  • Achieved 20X overall organic traffic lift.

  • Won Best Project Award at Obbserv Annual Awards in both 2022 and 2023.

  • Established Amazon Global Selling as a topical authority in the B2B export/ecommerce space.
